Nifty Lift Nyton/Nylon Roller

  • Deluxe kit capacities: 2 tons – 24 tons
  • Complete set capacities: 2 tons  – 40 tons
  • The chain action roller with floor protection. High impact nylon roll material. Nyton chain rollers protect modern factory floors. Kits are complete with steel storage case sets are without case. Roll on painted or coated concrete or special industrial and commercial floors
  • Included: 4 swivel or swivel-locking padded nyton rollers and 2 steering handles

Nifty Lift FT Series

  • Nifty Lift ROLLERS DELUXE KITS or PREPACKAGED COMPLETE SETS are ideal for all kinds of heavy equipment moving, machinery installation and maintenance. Kits include everything needed to make those heavy moves: professional quality swivel-locking rollers* and two full-length steering handles in a sturdy, heavy gauge steel storage case. Complete sets contain the same rollers and handles but are provided without the kit box.

Replace Nyton Series – SHD Series

  • Capacities : 100 to 1000 tons
  • The Super Heavy Duty Series (SHD Series) Nifty Lift is an extension of the OT/NT/T Series
  • There are several of these roller capacities available with the same overall height enabling users to mix sizes without the requirement of shims.
  • Long and Wide versions of the 150-ton and 200-ton capacities are available, as well.
  • Wide versions are offered with one complete (wide) chain or with two individual chains with a center plate dividing them.

Nifty Lift Individual Rollers – OTNT Series

  • Capacity – 0.75 tons to 75 tons
  • Individual rollers are also known as OT/NT/T Series Rollers.
  • OT and NT style Rollers are bolt-on styles offered with standard hole patterns in oversized top plates. The hole patterns can be altered as needed or eliminated.
  • T style Rollers have tops that are flush on all sides, ideal for weld or cavity mounting. Roller frames are fabricated from high strength steel.
  • These rollers can withstand high static loading over long periods of time, often carrying the full load weight for more than a year with no adverse effects. Because loads are spread over a wide area and carried by the load plate and the contact rolls, rollers are ideal for many applications requiring the frequent movement of heavy loads. Rollers can also be used inverted, as static conveyors.

Nifty Lift Accu-Roll Guidance System, a positive external alignment option, can be added to any Nifty Lift as either a removable bolt-on or permanent weld-on system.In applications where load alignment is critical, or close tolerances, repetitive movement or uplift prevention are required, Accu Roll often becomes an ideal solution to these heavy motion issues.Depending on the configuration selected, Accu-Roll will allow the roller to track precisely on a flat bar, I-Beam, rail or in a channel or trench.AccuRoll on an OT or NT Roller combined with a turntable can allow the roller to follow a slightly skewed track.Accu-Roll Guidance Systems are custom made and available with a wide range of options and in various configurations for virtually any situation or application.

Replace Nifty Lift Ploytherane – Nifty Lift ERS Series

  • ECONOMY SETS 15 – 400 TONS
  • Nifty Lift Deluxe Kits and Economy Sets contain four basic ERS Rollers, which can be used as is for straight line moving.
  • Four swivel locking attachments with diamond steel tops are included, along with four preload pads and two steering handles. Handles in the Sets vary in length according to the capacity of the rollers; Kit handles are a two piece knockdown style to fit into the steel case.

Nifty Lift Motorized Rollers System

  • The Nifty Lift Motorized Roller System is the latest innovation from Nifty Lift Rollers, and makes moving the heavyweights even easier. As the name implies, the Nifty Lift Motorized Roller is a fully powered version of our chain-action Nifty Lift 
  • Designed to be used on a steel track; the Nifty Lift Motorized Roller is a low-profile, high-capacity solution for permanent, repetitive movement of heavy objects.

Nifty Lift Swivel Ram Roller

Capacity – 10 tons to 1000 tons

Nifty Lift Swivel Ram Rollers are a uniquely versatile “lift and roll” application addressing the needs of a broad range of heavy load moving projects where changes in direction on the same plane are required.

Nifty Lift Swivel Ram Rollers in use:

  • Install Nifty Lift Swivel Ram Rollers pointed in the desired direction of travel under each corner of the load and roll the load to the point where a direction change is required. Begin movement.
  • When a direction change is required, bring the load to a complete stop and raise the load weight off the rollers, using any compatible hydraulic pump, utilizing the Swivel Ram Rollers integrated lifting cylinders.
  • Once the load is elevated on the cylinders, the roller sections are free to pivot 360 degrees – allowing for precise course adjustments and complete changes in direction.
  • Retract the load cylinders, and movement may resume. Adjust the direction of travel as often as desired to provide precision movements for heavy loads.

Nifty Lift Triglide

  • The Nifty Lift Tri-Glide provides a stable, efficient solution for moving heavy loads. It is designed with a large footprint to spread the weight of the load over a greater area.
  • Our Polyurethane and Nylon rollers are non-marking and can be used on a variety of oor surfaces.
  • The Tri-Glide low-profile keeps the load close to the ground for safe moving.

Motorized Custom Solutions

  • The Nifty Lift Tri-Glide can be modified in a number of ways to accommodate your specific application requirements.
  • Custom turntables and special hole patterns, on the contact points, are just a couple of examples where users have made the Nifty Lift Tri-Glide System a perfect fit.

Traksporter

  • Capacity – 100 tons
  • Nifty Lift Traksporter is a self propelled crawler system designed to move the heavyweights safely, easily and efficiently while not damaging the floor surface. Traksporter is comprised of a Power Unit that contains a 23hp propane gas engine.
  • The engine powers a series of hydraulic pumps which in turn drive two track pads, on the Crawler, that contact the floor. Each track pad is controlled by a bi-directional joystick on the remote.
  • The contact pad on the crawler where the load makes contact is a swivel plate that allows the crawler to make turns.
  • Traksporter is intended to be operated on level floors, preferably concrete. The smooth steel pads are made in such a way that they will not damage most concrete floors; painted or otherwise sealed.
